Terms of Service

1. Using TNB LINKS

By creating an account or using tnblinks.com you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information about yourself and your business, keep your account secure, and be at least 18 years old (or use the platform with a guardian's supervision).

2. Your content

You own what you publish — listings, posts, photos, reviews and profile information. By publishing it you give TNB LINKS permission to display and distribute it on the platform. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

3. What's not allowed

• Scams, fraud, counterfeit goods or misleading listings
• Impersonating another person or business
• Harassment, hate speech or abusive behaviour
• Spam, fake reviews, fake endorsements or manipulated engagement
• Illegal goods, services or content under Ghanaian law

Anyone can report content with the ⚑ button. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

4. Transactions between members

TNB LINKS connects buyers, sellers, employers and professionals, but transactions are between members. Until in-app payments with buyer protection launch, exercise normal caution: verify who you're dealing with, prefer meeting in safe public places, and never send advance payments to someone you don't trust.

5. The service

TNB LINKS is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast, safe and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from member-to-member dealings. We may update features and these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app.

6. Leaving

You can delete your account any time from My Account. Your profile and the content you created are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
